Are you stressed out due to a loved ones illness? Has it been a long battle? This would make any one feel stressed. In times like these you have to ride it through. This is a stressful event and there is no denying it. Recognizing it is stressful for you is the first step. Your body and mind do know how to help heal you in times of stress but you need to listen to them. Use your supports family and friends. See a professional. Contact your local hospice or hospital they usually provide free consultation or support groups. Come here or other sites people are willing to help. Taking time for yourself is essential. 5-10 minutes maybe 2-3 times a day would help. Walk, meditate, or sit and just focus on your breathing. You get the idea. Music is very helpful. If you can not leave a place to be alone for the short times to heal your stress then play some music. These are just a few ideas. I will be adding more over time.
