Traumatic stress, healing the stress and trauma together

Last time I mentioned there may be things we allow to happen that cause us stress. Did you look at the list of possibilities yet? Look at some things you may allow within your relationships that causes stress. There are many types of relationships. There are lovers, friends, family and co workers to name the top ones I could think of. You may find a pattern with your stress. Take your time to look honestly at your stress. This is the time to be gentle with yourself to heal from the stress. You are not alone together people can heal and stress.
